Friday House Managers are billed starting at $55/hour. This rate includes access to our project management software, 1Password for secure credential sharing, and the full support of the Friday team.

All placements require a one-time $500 placement fee. This covers our vetting, matchmaking, and onboarding process to ensure you're paired with the right assistant from day one.

Yes, and this is one of the things that sets Friday apart. Every Friday HM is hired as a W2 employee of Friday, LLC. That means no payroll setup, no tax withholding headaches, and no employer paperwork on your end. You'll simply receive a single invoice at the end of each month. We handle everything else.

Friday HMs are sourced through our network, referrals from trusted clients and colleagues, and targeted outreach. Every candidate goes through an application review, phone screening, and interview. We require a resume and professional references, and we conduct thorough reference checks before anyone is presented to a client.

Once you're ready to move forward with a candidate, Friday conducts a comprehensive background check including a Social Security trace, criminal history check across all counties of residence, and a DMV report. Additional screenings are available upon request.

Most placements are completed within two to six weeks, depending on the specificity of your needs and candidate availability. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your initial consultation and keep you updated every step of the way.

We stand behind every placement. If a match doesn't work out within the agreed replacement period, we'll work with you to find an alternative candidate. Full details are outlined in your placement agreement.
