  • FRIDAY is a personal assistance and home management company that helps busy individuals, families, and high-profile clients take back their time. Whether you need help with home maintenance, vendor coordination, personal errands, or day-to-day life admin, we provide as much or as little support as you need.

  • Our clients are busy people who value their time. That includes professionals, families, and high-profile individuals who want their home and daily life running smoothly — without having to manage every detail themselves.

  • The name is inspired by Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe. Crusoe, shipwrecked and overwhelmed, couldn't do it all alone — so Friday became his trusted right hand. That's exactly what we aim to be for our clients.

  • We currently serve a 15-mile radius of Brentwood, TN, including Nashville, Franklin, and Bellevue.

  • For now, we're focused on serving local clients — but expansion may be on the horizon. Stay tuned.

  • Both. Our personal assistants work directly with clients on hands-on tasks, while our home management service focuses on vendor coordination and overseeing home maintenance.

  • Yes — and this is one of our most valued services. We work with a carefully vetted network of trusted professionals and handle all scheduling, communication, and oversight so you don't have to.

  • We do. We won't necessarily stay for the entire job (unless specifically requested), but we monitor the work and step in if anything falls short. Our vendors are trusted partners, and we stand behind the quality of their work.

  • Absolutely. Whether you need someone to gather quotes, oversee a repair, or manage a single task from start to finish, we're happy to help — no ongoing commitment required.

  • Yes, with advance notice. Weekend and after-hours requests are available for a slightly higher rate.

YOUR FRIDAY TEAM

  • We're a flexible, commitment-free alternative. You get a dedicated, trained professional without the overhead of a full-time hire — no benefits, no contracts, no minimums (beyond a small recommended weekly floor for personal assistance). And if you ever need a different team member, we'll make the transition seamless.

  • Every FRIDAY team member passes a thorough background check and signs both a service agreement and a non-disclosure agreement. From there, they receive hands-on training in our standards — professionalism, attention to detail, and how to anticipate client needs the FRIDAY way.

  • Privacy is built into how we operate. All team members sign NDAs, and every client contract includes a strict confidentiality clause. What happens in your home stays there.

  • We recommend giving a new pairing 30 days — great working relationships take a little time to develop. If it's still not the right fit, we'll match you with someone new, no questions asked.

  • We do our best to accommodate. You may not always get your usual team member on short notice, but we'll move quickly to make sure your needs are covered.

MAKING IT WORK

  • The clients who get the most out of FRIDAY are the ones who invest a little time upfront. Even 15–30 minutes a week spent communicating priorities with your assistant can give you hours back. The key is being willing to let go — we'll take it from there.

  • No. We don't require long-term contracts. For personal assistance, we recommend a minimum of three hours per week to make the relationship worthwhile for both sides — but we're flexible and will work with your needs.

  • That's completely normal. We build our service plans to flex with you — scale up during a busy season, pull back when life quiets down. Just let us know what you need.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • We charge hourly, and you only pay for the time you use. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month for the previous month's services.

  • Never. Whatever the vendor charges is what you're billed for reimbursement. You only pay FRIDAY's hourly rate for the time we spend managing the process.

  • For invoices under $1,000, we pay the vendor on your behalf and include it in your consolidated monthly invoice. Our goal is to simplify your life — one bill, not many.

  • For home management, yes. We'll assess your home's needs and build a custom plan to keep everything running smoothly throughout the year.

  •  For jobs within a 10-mile radius of Brentwood that are under one hour, a $25 service fee applies. For locations between 10–15 miles from Brentwood, a $25 service fee also applies. We don't currently serve beyond 15 miles.

  • We accept credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers.
