As-needed projects are staffed by the same W2 Fridays who carry our standing placements. Every personal assistant or house manager is interviewed, vetted, and background checked before entering your home.

Nashville only, for now. Part-time and full-time support are available nationwide.
Is there a placement fee?
No. As-needed projects are scoped and billed hourly, with no placement fee, no term, and no standing schedule.
How fast can someone start?
It depends on the season and the scope — tell us your dates in the inquiry and we'll be straight with you about availability.
What if I want to keep my Friday?
It happens a lot. If the fit is right, we can convert your project into a standing part-time placement — the search is already done.
