How much does it cost?
The search fee is 20% of the role's first-year salary. It covers the full search: recruiting, 3 to 5 candidate profiles, a background check on the candidate you choose, and up to 3 interviews arranged for you.
Who is the employer?
You are. Unlike our part-time placements, your full-time personal assistant or house manager joins your payroll as your direct employee. We run the search, help you set salary and terms, and support the onboarding.
What if the match isn't right?
Tell us. The search fee covers your search, not a single attempt at it. If a match is not working, we keep looking.
