Who we help · Musicians

The tour doesn't pause the household. Someone should hold it.

Life on the road runs on a schedule that ignores everything at home. A Friday keeps the house, the mail, and the errands running on standing days — whether you're in town or three time zones away.

Home base stays handled between runs — most touring clients start at 6 hours a week.

Every household's list is different — these are the things musicians hand off first. Your personal assistant checks them off before you think about them.

The mental load

Open loops. We close them.

Think of open loops as unfinished tasks living in your head, creating mental clutter. By handing off these tasks to a personal assistant, you can close the loops. Fewer open loops means less mental clutter.

What changes when home holds itself

I just wander around my sweet little apt in awe of the organization, neatness and creativity and loss of so many extraneous things that I don't need…time to emphasize the positive and the necessary. You are amazing!

Questions, answered

Asked by touring clients, specifically

Can my Friday work while I'm away?

Yes — that's the point. Standing days continue whether you're home or not: mail, plants, deliveries, resets, and vendor visits all happen on schedule. Many clients say the away weeks are when their Friday earns it most.

How does key and alarm access work?

However you're comfortable: a coded lockbox, a smart lock, or keys held by your personal assistant. Access details are stored securely, and every personal assistant is under NDA. Every personal assistant or house manager is interviewed, vetted, and background checked before entering your home.

My schedule is chaos. Does theirs have to be?

No. Your personal assistant's days stay fixed — that's what makes the house independent of the tour. What changes week to week is the list, and re-entry weeks just get a heavier one.

What about when I'm off the road?

The same rhythm becomes normal personal-assistant support: errands, scheduling, and the household load. Most clients keep their hours identical year-round.

How many hours do touring clients book?

Usually 6–12 a week — one house visit plus an admin sweep, doubling around re-entry. The 2-minute quiz suggests a number from your checklist.
