Privacy + Terms

What Friday collects, how we use and protect it, and the terms for using this website.

Friday Personal Assistants, LLC · Effective October 27, 2026

Privacy Notice

1. What this covers

This notice explains what Friday Personal Assistants, LLC ("Friday," "we," "us") collects when you visit fridaypa.com, contact us, sign up, or use the Friday client portal, and what we do with it. Personal assistants who apply to our network have their own notice, the PA Portal Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

2. What we collect

  • When you get in touch: your name, email, phone, ZIP code, and what you tell us in a form or message. If you take the Find Your Hours quiz, your answers and the tasks you pick. If you book a discovery call, the details you enter in the scheduler.
  • When you sign up: your name, email, phone, and ZIP code; who the support is for (and their name and your relationship, if it's someone else); the placement option you choose; and your acceptance of the agreement, recorded with your name, the time, your IP address, and your browser.
  • Payments: card and bank payments are handled by Stripe. Friday never sees or stores your full card or account number. We keep Stripe's reference for your payment method, its type, and its last four digits, so you can recognize it.
  • Your home brief and portal intake: your address; who lives in the home, including children's names and ages; pets; where to park and how to get in; an emergency contact; your preferences and house rules; the people who already help around the house; and the schedule and tasks you want covered. The gate and door codes you give us in your home brief are encrypted before they're stored.
  • Payroll setup: as your personal assistant's employer, you enroll with the household payroll provider, HomeWork Solutions, through the portal: your Social Security number, date of birth, contact details, home and work addresses, bank account, and your personal assistant's pay details go straight to HomeWork Solutions. Friday doesn't keep your Social Security number, date of birth, or full account number. We keep your bank's name and the account's last four digits, your HomeWork Solutions reference, and where your setup stands.
  • Using the portal: the tasks, notes, and messages you share and when you've read messages, the hours you approve or question, your invoices and receipts, your signed documents, and a profile photo if you add one.
  • Using the website: the pages you visit and how you arrived, including through a partner's referral link; how you move around a page, such as where you click and scroll; your browser and device; and your approximate location, through cookies (see Section 5). When you sign in, we record the time, your IP address, and your browser, to protect your account.

3. How we use it

To answer you; to run your search and introduce candidates; to set up payroll and run the portal for you and your personal assistant; to take payments and send receipts and invoices; to follow up on your inquiry and, if you've signed up for it, send our newsletter; to keep your account secure; to see how the website is used and make it better, and whether our ads reach people; to credit a partner who referred you; and to meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.

4. Who sees it

  • Candidates we invite to consider your role: what they need to decide, such as your area, the schedule, and the tasks you've listed. Your name, address, and entry details go only to the personal assistant you hire.
  • The personal assistant you hire: what they need to work in your home, including your address, your household details, and your access details.
  • A partner who referred you: that you signed up through their link, so we can pay their referral fee.
  • Companies that help us run the service, only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), HomeWork Solutions (household payroll), SignWell (electronic signatures), Postmark (email), Cloudflare (file storage), Render (hosting), Google (website analytics and ad measurement), OpenAI (measuring our ads in ChatGPT; see Section 5), Microsoft (Clarity, to see how visitors use our public pages; see Section 5), Rewardful (partner referrals), Calendly (discovery-call scheduling), Klaviyo (our email lists and the emails we send through it, using your contact details, where you are with us, and what you've done on the site, such as taking the quiz), and HubSpot (keeping track of inquiries).
  • Others: when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of Friday's business, in which case this notice keeps applying to your information.

5. Cookies

The site uses a few cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in, to protect forms, and to remember where you are in signup. On our public pages we also use Google Analytics, to see how the site is used, and the Google Ads tag, to see whether our ads lead to visits. OpenAI's measurement pixel does the same for our ads in ChatGPT, and notes when a visit leads to a form being sent, such as an inquiry, a booked call, or an application: it sets a cookie with a random reference for your browser and, if you arrived from one of our ads, a cookie that remembers the ad. It can also send OpenAI a hashed (scrambled) version of an email address, phone number, or name on the page, never the details themselves. It doesn't run in the client portal.

We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our public pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve and market our services. Clarity never records what you type into a form, and it doesn't run in the client portal. This usage data is captured with first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. To learn how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement (microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement). If you arrive through a partner's referral link, Rewardful sets a cookie that remembers who referred you, so they can be credited if you sign up.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. If you block the cookies the site needs, signing in and signup won't work.

6. How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted connections. The gate and door codes from your home brief are encrypted before they're stored, shared only with your personal assistant, and never included in emails, and when a Friday staff member opens them, it's logged. Your Social Security number and full bank details never stay in Friday's systems. Access to client information is limited to the Friday staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and portal information while you're a client. Within thirty days after your agreement ends, we delete or return what's held in the portal, except records we must keep by law, and on request in that time we'll export your records, such as hours and task history. Payroll records are kept by HomeWork Solutions as the law requires. Inquiries and quiz results that don't become a client are kept while they're useful for following up, and deleted when you ask.

8. Your choices

You can see and update most of your information in the portal. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] and we'll respond within thirty days. If we send you marketing email, every message has a link to unsubscribe. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, and we'll honor them.

9. Children

Our services and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. When parents tell us about their children so we can plan care, we use that information only for that household's search and service.

10. Changes and contact

If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell clients by email or in the portal if the change is material. Questions: [email protected], (629) 888-3734, Friday Personal Assistants, LLC, Nashville, Tennessee.

Website Terms of Use

11. Using this website

By using fridaypa.com you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully: don't interfere with how it runs, try to reach accounts or areas that aren't yours, or collect information from it with automated tools.

12. Our services and prices

The website describes Friday's services for general information. Suggested hourly rates and time estimates, including the Find Your Hours quiz, are guides, not offers: you and your personal assistant agree on the actual pay. If you sign up, the agreement you accept, such as the Placement and Payroll Services Agreement, governs our services and controls over anything on the website.

13. Content and links

The site's text, photos, video, logos, and design belong to Friday or its licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Links and embedded tools from other companies, such as a scheduler, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimer and limitation

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Friday is not liable for damages that come from using the website itself. This doesn't limit anything in an agreement you sign with us.

15. Governing law and changes

Tennessee law governs these terms, and any dispute about the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, except where the law of your state requires otherwise. We may update these terms; the version posted here, with its effective date, applies.
