You pay your personal assistant through the portal, at Friday's hourly rate. They are your W2 employee.
1 pause week every 6 months
Travel, holidays, a quiet stretch: take one week off every 6 months.
A replacement within 90 days
If the match isn't right, we find someone new, covered by your placement fee.
What a month looks like at our standard rate
At $35 an hour, four weeks a month. Employer payroll taxes are estimated at 8–12% of pay; year-end tax documents ($50 a year) not included.
