After years of serving others, she recognized a gap — people had support in so many areas, yet no one focused on tackling the everyday to-do list. That's when Friday Personal Assistants was born.
A Vanderbilt engineering graduate, Kathryn brings sharp analytical thinking and a thoughtful, personalized approach to everything she does. Through research and hands-on experience, she's developed customized systems that bring clarity to chaos and give clients the freedom to focus on what truly matters.
Sarah Schwarzer
Sarah brings more than 15 years of experience leading operations, building scalable systems, and supporting business growth across startups and established organizations.
She partners closely with the leadership team to strengthen operations, improve processes, and drive the strategic initiatives behind Friday's growth — shaping the systems that let the team scale without sacrificing quality, so both clients and assistants get an exceptional experience.
Kate Monfils
Michigan-born and a Nashvillian for the past decade, Kate brings over 15 years in mathematics education, a sharp eye for talent, and a genuine commitment to matching the right person with the right family.
Teaching shaped how she works: organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Kate knows that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, and she approaches every placement with care and intention — from the first conversation through the moment a PA joins your team.
Catherine Plato
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Catherine brings relationship-building, organizational, and financial experience to her role as a Territory Sales Partner. Her master’s degree in counseling grounds her in understanding people’s individual needs and offering thoughtful, personalized support. Five years in a finance department, handling accounts receivable, purchase orders, and billing, sharpened her attention to detail and her ability to manage competing priorities. Her nonprofit volunteer work reflects a deep commitment to service.
Catherine is passionate about connecting individuals and families with the right personal assistant support and building lasting, trusted client relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and getting lost in a good book.
Leviere Carrillo
Leviere Carrillo is Friday's PA Manager, supporting both the personal assistants on our team and the families and individuals they serve. As a personal assistant herself, she helps clients bring structure to their day-to-day and reclaim the free time to enjoy their lives again. Now she also guides new PAs through onboarding and helps them carry that same standard of service into every home. After 15+ years in corporate hospitality, a more concentrated, personal style of service felt like a natural next step.
With a business degree in marketing, Leviere finds creative solutions to problems and understands why time management, attention to detail, and discretion matter so much, both for clients and for the team she leads. A massive animal lover, she is up for the challenge of wearing many hats and knows that the best personal assistants are not only organized and dependable, but genuinely invested in helping others thrive.

With experience across B2B marketing, consulting, and higher education, she's known for simplifying complex ideas, building practical plans, and keeping teams focused on what actually moves the business forward.
Christie Timm
Christie brings nearly a decade of financial experience and a deep understanding of service businesses. Based in Washington, she's a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who keeps Friday's finances clean, current, and stress-free.
Since 2015, she's helped business owners across the country get clear on their finances so they can focus on growth. Christie thrives on structure and loves making the numbers side of things feel simple and manageable.
