Part-time personal assistants and house managers, from 3 hours a week
Hire a Personal Assistant or House Manager — hand-matched, background-checked, and on a standing weekly schedule.
Open loops. We close them.
Think of open loops as unfinished tasks living in your head, creating mental clutter. By handing off these tasks to a personal assistant, you can close the loops. Fewer open loops means less mental clutter.
A week in the life
Everything on your list, handled
Why a standing schedule works better
Consistent
The same person, same days, every week.
Reliable
A real employee who shows up, not a gig worker.
Predictable
Your personal assistant learns your rhythms and stays ahead of them.
Hours, approved for you
Your Personal Assistant clocks in and out in the portal. Approve hours with one tap, or let them auto-approve every two weeks.
Payroll and taxes, handled
Your Personal Assistant is paid properly as your W2 employee, with payroll taxes taken care of.
One shared task list
You both work from the same board: what's planned, what's recurring, and what got done.

What clients say once the list is gone
I've been so impressed by how thoughtful and thorough the Friday Personal Assistants team has been. Friday genuinely cares about making the right match between a personal assistant and the person or family they're supporting, and they approach everything with such professionalism and care.
I can highly recommend the Friday Personal Assistants team! They are fantastic and have saved me many hours of valuable time on all sorts of projects!
Thanks to Friday Personal Assistants' brilliant minds & iron trap discretion, my anxiety is lifted, and I trust them with anything and everything.
Before you hand over the list
What does a part-time personal assistant or house manager do?
Whatever is on your checklist: scheduling and admin, errands and shopping, family and home life, household management, and personal support. At signup you build the exact list, and it becomes your personal assistant's job description — whether that person is a personal assistant, a house manager, or one Friday who does both.
How many hours do I need?
Most clients land between 6 and 12 hours a week across one to three standing days. The 2-minute quiz recommends a number based on your household, your backlog, and how much of the load you want gone.
How much does it cost?
Hourly rates vary by location, and you will see yours the moment you enter your ZIP at signup. Every part-time search includes a one-time $499 placement fee, splittable: half to start, half when your match is confirmed. After your match, a $149 monthly membership covers your Friday portal, payroll setup and processing, and time tracking. 6-month agreement, then month-to-month, with 1 pause week every 6 months.
Is my PA or house manager an employee or a contractor?
Your W2 employee, paid through the Friday portal. We set it up, you approve hours, it runs. Every personal assistant or house manager is interviewed, vetted, and background checked before entering your home.
What if the match isn't right?
Tell us. The placement fee covers your search, not a single attempt at it. If a match is not working, we keep looking.
Your list has a person now.
About 10 minutes online, or a 20-minute conversation. Both end with a Friday in your corner.
