You know what needs to happen. Starting is the hard part.

A Friday is external structure that shows up in person: the same trusted assistant, the same days each week, turning the invisible backlog into a list someone else is already doing. No apps, no systems to maintain, no judgment.

Top requested tasks of adults with ADHD

Every household's list is different — these are the things adults with ADHD hand off first. Your personal assistant checks them off before you think about them.

The mental load

Open loops. We close them.

Think of open loops as unfinished tasks living in your head, creating mental clutter. By handing off these tasks to a personal assistant, you can close the loops. Fewer open loops means less mental clutter.

Once I explained the many tasks that needed to be accomplished, Friday Personal Assistants was able to quickly clarify the steps necessary to achieve my goal. They have an exceptional ability to visualize the entire project, break it down into manageable steps, and clearly articulate how each step can be accomplished.

Friday has been helping me for months... They've saved me several times from total despair thinking I'd never find time for random items & chores around my home that needed to be addressed.

Questions, answered

Asked by ADHD clients, specifically

Do I have to explain my ADHD?

No. Share as much or as little as you like. Your checklist at signup tells us where the load sits, and your personal assistant works from that — the diagnosis is yours, the workload is ours.

What if I can't keep a consistent schedule?

That's exactly why the schedule belongs to your personal assistant, not you. They arrive on the standing days whether or not you've prepared anything — showing up with nothing ready is the expected starting point, not a failure.

Will they work with me or just do things for me?

Both, and you set the mix. Many clients keep certain tasks and use their Friday as company to get through them, handing the rest over entirely. The mix can change week to week.

What if I'm embarrassed about the state of my home?

Fridays see homes at their most behind — it's the job. They're trained to treat a backlog as a workload to clear, never something to remark on. Most clients say the shame lifts after the first visit.

How many hours do ADHD clients usually book?

Most start at 3–6 hours a week — one reset visit plus an errand run — and adjust at renewal once they see what a standing rhythm clears. The 2-minute quiz suggests a number from your checklist.

The backlog isn't a character flaw. It's a staffing problem.

About 10 minutes online — and signing up is the last thing you'll have to initiate.
